

Mission
Early in my career I was riddled with low confidence and self doubt.
-
I was in awe of the people in my team and the big agenda that I was helping implement.

There was no one else at my level and I was scared to do anything wrong.

Then I did make a mistake and this made me think that I wasn't good enough to be paid the money I got paid
-
I was permanently petrified that I would make another mistake. And I did. Small errors that in my mind were enormous.

Without realising it I became a perfectionist. This meant that my expectations of myself were impossibly high. I berrated myself over any tiny, miniscule mistake to the extent that I was scared to do anything. 24/7.

My confidence was at an all time low.
What I needed then was someone to help me out of that dark place. I needed someone to talk to me about:

My strengths - To identify what they were and to recognise when I was using them

My values - To highlight my values so that I could create boundaries in order to respect myself

My achievements - To review where I had got to and where I was heading next
This is my mission. To provide a service for those professionals who are currently strugglying with their own inner battle, the one that no one else knows about.

Vision
​The 'White Rabbit' in the company name is a reference to Lewis Carrol's 'Alice in Wonderland'. The white rabbit is the spark of curiosity which awakens Alice from her doze and leads her to discover more about herself. He is a symbol of Alice's quest for knowledge and curiosity.
I will partner with you on your journey to increased confidence by providing a safe, confidential space for you to create a vision of the person you want to be, reflect on your habits, behaviours and mindset so that you leave more confident and able to:
